Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.
• All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
